    At Athletic Adventurer, we believe that you can be capable in body and adventurous in spirit, no matter your age or athletic background. Our mission is to help you develop the movement skills necessary for better athletic performance, injury prevention, and most importantly, fun! Through tailored programs, we aim to improve your confidence, flexibility, strength, and coordination—enabling you to tackle new activities with ease and excitement.

    My Story: From Clumsy to Confident

    As a child, I wasn’t the athletic type. I was awkward, clumsy, and often struggled with coordination. While others played sports with ease, I found myself on the sidelines, more likely to get hit in the face with a ball than to make a successful play. My family wasn't very active, and it seemed like a path toward a sedentary lifestyle and health issues was ahead of me.

    For years, I convinced myself that sports simply weren’t for me. I stuck to gym machines as an adult, trying to stay fit but feeling bored and uninspired by the routine. I wanted something more engaging, something that would make me excited to move and explore my body’s potential. That’s when I realized there had to be a better way to train—something that was both challenging and fun.

    Driven by a desire to understand how movement works and how to improve my own physical abilities, I decided to make it my career. I became a personal trainer, dedicating myself to learning the ins and outs of athletic performance. Through years of study and experimentation, I developed a comprehensive understanding of how to enhance movement skills, including balance, coordination, and strength.

    Now, I can confidently say that I’m doing things I never thought possible when I was younger. I’ve learned how to move with purpose and ease, and most importantly, I’ve gained the confidence to try new activities and sports without fear of injury. And that’s what I want for you too—confidence in your body and the ability to explore sports and movement with freedom and excitement.

    About Kyle

    I am a certified personal trainer. Currently studying neuro training for sports performance. I have been a high school wrestling coach for 10+ years.

    My Story: Growing Through Athletics

    Growing up I was never the strongest or the fastest, but I was able to learn from my coaches and my teammates. What I learned was that
    success is defined differently for everyone. To that end, I believe in turning
    people into athletes, athletes into winners, and winners into champions. In
    order to develop into the athlete you can be, you must take on challenges that
    seem just beyond your abilities. No matter who your opponent is, the most
    important win is knowing that you are a better athlete today than you were
    yesterday.

    After years of competing in sports, years of weightlifting, and even more years coaching high school athletes, I am
    excited to branch out and start helping even more people reach their athletic
    potential. I would be thrilled to help you reach your vision of success!

    As an athlete and coach, I have noticed that most people try to work harder
    with no consideration for working smarter. I love hard work and believe it is
    very important, but purposeful effort makes hard work effective, every
    time. Building athletic skills and a capable body requires improving balance,
    visual skills, rhythm, and overall coordination. Which of these skills and
    abilities needs the most work depends on the individual. I can help you to
    to improve in all of them.
